Sing It Girls!®
Created right here in Canada, this innovative & interactive Vocal Program is for female-identifying individuals and is led by a certified Music Therapist. Grounded in research, this universal program incorporates breath work, vocal exercises, chanting, song creation, group singing, mindfulness practices and discussion. Participants have described experiencing enhanced self-esteem, confidence, peer connection and self-calming techniques in a safe and welcoming environment.
Our Sing It Girls! Program is offered in three age groupings: Upper Elementary, Jr High and Sr High. Register today!
