Music Therapy
What is Music Therapy?
Music therapy is used in group sessions or one-to-one using music and sound to heal the physical, emotional, cognitive, social and spiritual health. It is the clinical use of musical interventions by a Certified Music Therapist, who creates a trusting client- therapist relationship and develops individualized goals based on the client’s abilities and needs.
