Ages
FretStars: 7-10 Years old
ShredStars: 10+ Years old
Materials
- Students registered in Guitar Groups will pay a $40 Materials Fee to cover all materials for the class.
- Acoustic or electric guitars need to be brought with students
- Electric guitars will also need amps
Pricing
- $40 materials fee (paid at registration); $27 per class – billed on the first of each month for the calendar year
- Materials Fee will be charged upon registration and is non-refundable. Monthly Fee will be charged Sept 1st or the first month of lessons and ongoing while student is enrolled. Your monthly membership includes weekly class & all materials, unlimited bonus classes while enrolled, access to online Guitar Stars resources, and more perks throughout the school year.
- For our 2026-2027 School Year, we are moving to a calendar-based billing system.
Tuition is billed on the 1st of each month and is calculated based on the exact number of scheduled classes or lessons falling on the calendar for your registration that month.
Tuition is required for all scheduled dates in the calendar to maintain your active enrollment. Refunds or credits are not issued for student absences; please refer to our make-up policies for specific classes and lessons.
We will continue to financially credit families any time a teacher may need to cancel due to illness or performance travel when an appropriate substitute cannot be secured.
Most months from September to June will have 3 or 4 calendar sessions. There are occurrences where a month may have 5 calendar sessions if there are no holidays or closures. This could happen once, or a maximum of two times a School Year. There are other occurrences where a month may have only 2 calendar sessions. In all circumstances, tuition will be billed on the exact number of scheduled lessons during that month.
Withdrawals
Need to stop your enrollment? No problem! Simply let us know before the 1st of the month to avoid next month’s charges.
Music education is developmental in its approach, learning a new language through reading and playing. Staying in class has long-term benefits, but we also know that life is life. If you need to leave the program – we only wish you well and hope you know that you are always welcome back!
